Obverse: Inscription within wreath, "Yehohanan the High Priest and the Council of the Judaeans" in irregular Paleo-Hebrew (first three lines in retrograde)
Reverse: Double cornucopia adorned with ribbons, pomegranate between horns
The first three lines of the inscription are in RETROGRADE. This is a RARE die variety we cannot recall seeing before!
