Reverse: Eagle standing to left on thunderbolt, wings spread, palm branch to left, rotated R over HP (Nero regnal year 6, and year 108 of the Caesarean era) to right
Nicely Nero Tetradrachm! Lighter shade than appears in photo. This coin is the Sela Neronis סלע נירונית mentioned in the Mishnah, Masechet Keilim.
