Frederic Rockwell Sanborn (1899 - 1973) was a prolific Federal judge and expert in international law. He represented the United States on the Supreme Restitution Court of Berlin after War Two. He received a Bachelors, Masters and law degree at Columbia University, and a Doctorate at Oxford.
